These terms and conditions apply to the Kirin World app hereby referred to as “Application” for mobile devices that was created by Kirin World hereby referred to as “Service Provider” as a Free service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Please read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, extraction of source code, translation, or derivative versions are prohibited.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is beneficial and efficient. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time, and any charges will be clearly communicated to you.
DATA & SECURITY
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone may compromise security and may result in the Application not functioning correctly.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the third-party service providers used by the Application:
CONNECTIVITY & USAGE
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of access or exhausted data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur data, roaming, or third-party charges, and by using the Application you accept responsibility for such charges.
LIABILITY & UPDATES
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, but relies on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss you experience as a result of relying on the Application.
The Service Provider may update the Application or cease providing it at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end and you must stop using the Application.
CHANGES TO TERMS
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.
